Founded in 1999, Pangaea Laboratories is a results-driven beauty company based in Hertfordshire. Our award-winning brand portfolio includes Medik8 (our globally-renowned, science-backed skincare brand) and Nanogen (our UK-leading hair fibre brand). We operate across 2 sites; our Head Office in Elstree and our state-of-the-art Innovation Centre in Aylesbury. The latter is the epicentre of cutting-edge product development thanks to our brand-new lab and ultra-modern manufacturing rooms which allow us to formulate and produce everything in-house. Our unique vertical structure - Think. Lab. Make. Tell - means we ensure accountability, integrity and transparency at every stage of our business, not to mention an unyielding commitment to developing next-generation technologies.
