Technology absorption has been a key focus area in all our ventures, and we have successfully driven product localisation through in-house manufacturing and an efficient supplier network. Panalfa also has a realty division that is developing a commercial and retail project in Gurgaon. As a strategic step, Panalfa exited its auto-component business recently and is now looking to leverage its experience to enter high growth areas in diversified sectors. Panalfa had a cumulative capital deployment of INR 1200 million and a consolidated peak annual turnover of INR 3000 million with 400 employees from its auto-component business.
