We’re an Egyptian fashion e-commerce brand empowering independent women to wear whatever they want. We design and produce all of our products locally. We draw our inspiration from nomad artisans originating from Sinai and Aswan. We blend our colorful patterns with international fashion trends to mold our unique design identity. We started in 2016, literally in our founder's bedroom! Our initial stock was of around 100 laptop bags. The regular laptop bags available in the market sucked, and so we wanted to create better ones for independent women who are always on the run. We were lucky and we actually managed to sell all those bags. The money was reinvested into creating more bags and the stock moved from our founder's bedroom to his garage. Fast-forward around a year towards the end of 2017. We started having our own office and gradually started hiring. Today, we’re around 20 people in the team, handling everything from operations to customer support to marketing. We do not have a physical store, our entire existence is online. We’re still growing very quickly. Today, it’s not uncommon to stumble upon Palma customers and their Palma products on many college campuses in Egypt. You can also find our products at hundreds of workplaces and multinational corporations nationwide. We also design and manufacture our products 100% in Egypt. We have strict quality control measures that apply to all of our manufacturing partners, allowing us to deliver beautiful, high-quality products at affordable prices.
