Suntem o echipa tanara de profesionisti care cultiva competenta. Daca vei face parte din echipa noastra vei avea niste colegi de la care sa ai ce invata. La noi vei invata de la „masterii” companiei si ii vei invata pe cei care inca nu stiu atat de multe ca tine. Noi credem in dezvoltare profesionala! Oricate stii deja, venind la noi vei afla si mai multe. Daca esti senior pregateste-te sa-ti amintesti cum e sa descoperi in fiecare zi ceva nou, pentru ca la noi vei trece printr-un program asiduu de pregatire, deoarece ne „dedicam planurilor tale” de dezvoltare a carierei, accesare la pozitii de management, daca iti doresti o astfel de pozitie si daca ai potential. Asa ca, datorita formarilor multiple de care beneficiaza angajatul Dedeman, experienta nu este o conditie a angajarii la Dedeman (cu foarte putine exceptii). Obiectivele noastre principale in managementul resurselor umane sunt: - Integrarea la cel mai bun nivel a tuturor angajatilor - Crearea unui spirit propriu al companiei reprezentat de valorile noastre si de cultura noastra organizationala.
