Palazzo Brando - Living Apartments’s activity is centered on the management of apartments for a single night or long stays through the “residence mode”: the apartments are elegantly furnished, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The price includes, in addition to utilities, the supply of sheets, daily freshen up of the apartment and weekly cleaning. Internet fiber (wifi and cable) is free in every apartment. Free private parking. This elegant residence in Treviso is located in a quiet residental area a few steps from the historic city centre of Treviso and its train station. The apartments go from the smallest studio up to the three bedroom apartment and are equipped with everything that everything that guests might need (from the spoon to the dishwasher). Moreover we specialize in the corporate sector and smart tourism because we think they go splendidly toghether. For our business tourist we’ve equipped each apartment with: - small conference areas (smart 55’/65’ TVs, extendable tables, break corner, blackboards, printers) so the guests can meet with their colleagues with all the privacy and tools needed; - small fitness corner with a work out (TRX, small gym equipment, bike rollers for train in the winter) so, at the end of a stressful day, the guest can relax by doing some exercise. We’ve built a brand new bike sector with: - some bikes at the guest’s disposal; - ebikes for rent; - a code protected bike deposit where the guests can store their bikes; - a bike workshop; - a bike “emergency” shop with some clothes and tools; - a laundry area with washing mashines and dryers; - a bike washing area.
