Our Mission: To provide affordable options for outpatient therapy services to make quality rehabilitation accessible to ALL individuals suffering from functional, mobility, & cognitive deficits while performing daily tasks at home, in the community or on the job. We offer individualized Rehab Services focusing on your needs and your goals. We provide our services in the home, in the community or in the clinic. We are "mobile" Rehab Services, we come to you! We at Pakolea Rehab strive to assist you in maximizing your independence in all that you do, whether that be getting back to play, getting back to being able to complete your self-care, getting back to safely negotiating in the community or in your home or just getting back to Life and Living! PHYSICAL THERAPY: Movement experts, balance, strength, walking, fall prevention, reconditioning OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY: Home safety, feeding, swallowing, bathing, grooming, dressing, adaptive equipment training, Arm and Hand strengthening, function, coordination/dexterity, resumption of routine (home and/or work), Visual-perceptual re-training SPEECH THERAPY: Swallowing , cognition, memory, speaking Currently, we are providing services on Maui and Molokai. We hope to bring Pakolea Rehab, Inc. to Lanai in the next 3 months. Pakolea Rehab, Inc. is owned by Shauna Ka'iulani Leeman DPT and Suzann Palumbo Wojciechowski OTR.
