Paintbrush Services offers top of the line Main Line Camera Inspector that has a modular design that allows quick reconfiguration for any combination of pipe size, material and condition. Short and steerable, inspection crawlers navigate past debris and obstructions, climb offsets, and pass through inverts and curved access points. Our chassis sizes allow inspection of pipelines 4" to 60" diameter. Our Main Line Camera Inspector uses a fully automatic cable reel, which has a tension sensor to reduce the pulling burden on the crawler (thus extending its range). "As manager for our City Water Department I had been notified of a Main Line break in our water line. We were having difficulty pin pointing the exact location of the leak due to debris in the line. One of our staff recommended calling Paintbrush Service's, turns out that was the best decision we could have made. Paintbrush was able to use their Inspection Crawler to locate the exact point where the leak was occurring while easily maneuvering around the debris in the line. Paintbrush was then able to use their Hydrovac truck to clear the debris from the main line. We removed the debris and repaired the line while saving hundreds of dollars and man hours.
