Padme Yoga Center Information

Our studio opened in July 2010 with the intention to support the community and to encourage each student to draw from their inner strength to go further than thought possible while never feeling forced or pushed. We believe in a challenging and safe yoga practice to inspire each student to live life to its fullest expression. Padme is passionate about individual connections, building a strong community based on compassion, respect, tolerance, unconditional love and devotion with the intention to support everyone, as they are, with no judgment or expectation. Padme means "in the lotus" and symbolizes wisdom. Growing out of mud, but not being stained by mud, the lotus indicates the quality of wisdom, which keeps you out of contradiction.
