CareerLounge builds digital applications that give young people everything they need to succeed. Recognising a gap between education and employment, founder John E Collins set out to build a social media network that would bring students closer to industry. During this time the CareerLounge team discovered a second gap between motivation in young people and the competitive professional landscape. The challenge was bigger than anticipated but needless to say, it was accepted and a new era of approach was born. Today, CareerLounge looks at the big picture, taking the time to understand the vast and intricate ecosystems of different industries, educational pathways and generations of talent to come. This ensures each CareerLounge product is developed with researched precision and flexibility on top of the 3S principals (Simple, Scalable, Secure).
