Architecture Padarc is a registered architectural practice and a member of the Australian Institute of Architects. We specialise in the design of inner-urban, single houses and multi-residential projects including; new buildings, renovations, fit-outs, sub-divisions and property development. We also have experience in country houses and landscaping. Fundamentally, we believe that all design and building projects should be executed with passion and skill, and that the positive impact of quality designs should never be underestimated. Padarc can offer a thorough and professional scope of architectural services, tailored to each individual client's requirements. Our full service includes our involvement from project initiation through to completion. We are also able to provide partial services or additional services traditionally considered beyond the scope of a typical architectural project. Construction Padarc is a registered Domestic Builder and a member of the Master Builders association of Victoria. In addition to our extensive architecture, development and management services we can also offer our clients a Design & Construct service. Our extensive experience in construction management, on-site detailing, materials understanding and cost control, ensures that all design ideas, from the simplest through to the most complex can achieve their full potential. Development Padarc maintains a large and growing network of property development and property management experts. Combined with our own experience and expertise we can comfortably manage your development project from the very beginning to the very end.
