Pad Construct Information

Pad Construct is a Surrey-based main contractor delivering bespoke residential, commercial and development projects across Surrey, London and the South East. We work with private clients, boutique developers and consultant teams who value professionalism, transparency and precision. From one-off private homes to complex refurbishments, fit-out and alteration works, and small residential schemes. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼: 🏡 Bespoke residential construction: new homes, extensions and refurbishments 🏢 Commercial construction: new commercial spaces, fit-out and alteration works 🏘️ Residential development: Boutique schemes and conversions 💻 Pre-construction services: cost planning, buildability reviews and design coordination ⚡️ Low-energy and Passivhaus construction: high-performance buildings delivered to certified standards 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Director-led delivery: Matthew Charlton and Liam Brennan are personally involved on every project. You deal directly with the people accountable for the outcome. Commercially led from day one: Our background is quantity surveying and commercial management, not just building. Early contractor involvement, robust cost planning, open-book transparency and disciplined procurement mean clients know what a project costs before it starts, and where the money goes while it runs. Digital project control: Live cost, programme and quality information, so Clients and Consultants always know exactly where the job stands. Defined quality gateways: Quality is inspected and signed off at set stages, not chased at the end. Clean, organised sites and a collaborative working style define how we operate: We believe well-managed projects produce better buildings and stronger long-term relationships. Our approach is selective: the right projects, with the right Clients, delivered properly. Designed with purpose. Built with precision. 📩 enquiries@padconstruct.com 🌐 www.padconstruct.com
