Founded by Karen Martin in 1996, PPG has developed long term relationships with regulatory agencies, as well as the City, County, and State allowing PPG to bridge the gap between local municipalities and the development world. At Pacific Planning Group we know that land entitlements and the permit process can be grueling and time consuming so we take the work off of our client’s shoulders and into the hands of our diligent and capable professionals. Each of our team members works efficiently with our clients to identify all of the integral steps, opportunities and constraints of a project, confident that the end result is inevitably success.
