For customers needing a little more from their bar code reader, etc. we offer custom set-up, cable lengths, enclosures and more. ON-SITE SUPPORT Unlike many VAR’s today, Pacific-iD uses 28 years of technical field experience and product management as a background for our onsite support. We can help you set-up the bar code or 2D solution on-site, at your facility. TRAINING To ensure improved worker productivity and accelerated ramp-up upon implementation, Pacific iD offers on-site training for your employees (for an added fee). PRE-CONFIGURATION For OEM’s, we offer pre-configuration services so when you receive your scanner it is ready to go with no additional set-up on your end (this service is provided at no charge if you meet the order minimum quantity).
