Pacific Computers was formed in 1997 when our directors spotted a clear gap in the market for an IT supplier with customer service at its core. Taking the opinion that clients would appreciate an IT partner they could trust to deliver exactly what they promise, they soon gathered a number of long-term and loyal clients. From there the company has grown organically, as those long-term clients have asked us to add more and more to our service portfolio. Those clients knew that we could help them with their other IT challenges with the same service ethos and commitment to partnership. Many of our clients have been with Pacific for more than 10 years, which is not only amazing loyalty in a crowded and competitive market but is also a true testament to both the services we offer and our approach to working in partnership with our clients.
