ACE assessment is a new company that delivers NVQ & onsite assessment to the FE sector. We are a solution focused organization that supports apprentices and those career changers moving into the Construction industry to achieve their goals in a timely way. PACE offers a bespoke and coherent programme that will improve success rates. Working alongside, FE providers, awarding organizations & employers. PACE assessment supports every apprentice with whom we work to surpass their own expectations, by understanding the potential obstacles they may face. PACE assessment enables those individuals to complete the 'real life' component of the qualification framework as promptly as the student, or college, needs it to be. PACE assessment delivers for Colleges; Weekly updates of progress for every student 'RAG' rates every student to identify those students at risk of non-completion IQA EQA support Regular reviews between Student, employer and FE providers Recruitment of new apprentices, as part of our regular activity PACE assessment also provides opportunities for students; 1-2-1 support Bespoke tutorials Very regular communication (multi-platform) Social media content Feedback (both from and toward) Mentoring (timely support to encourage long term career development) Growth ( consider what additional training or experience may best advance ambition) PACE assessment works with construction industry employers to; Build lasting partnerships Provide regular communications Bespoke updates on progress At present we are only working with the building services industries within construction to ensure we deliver what we have set out to.
