Welcome to PÄAB - Professional Corporate Governance PÄAB consist of a group of company experienced people who actively contribute to strengthening business ideas and business plans for entrepreneurs as well as earnings and asset development for portfolio companies. Access to finance is an important aspect in the promotion of entrepreneurship. Small and medium-sized businesses need money in order to start, grow and change. For entrepreneurship to be successful, it is necessary to have access to suitable and industrious labour, a competitive market, an effective regulatory framework, and financial institutions. Business concept PÄAB’s business is aimed at helping newly-started companies to develop the result of commercial research into a successful business. We do this by helping the companies through an initial development phase and then handing them over to new owners that can implement the development. We focus on companies that have an innovative commercial product concept based on a patent-pending solution; the ambition is, over time, to own 10 companies with staggered “times to exit”. Our holding in these companies amounts to between 10% and 30%.
