P3 Sports & Recovery Information

P3 Sports & Recovery provides a state-of-the-art purpose built recovery centre where students and teachers engage and investigate strategies in practical applications. Each session can be booked as a single or series. "As head of a Sports Academy program a major focus for our student athletes is a practical and theoretical understanding of recovery techniques. P3 Sports and Recovery has been instrumental is providing these educational benefits and also allowing our students to have a practical involvement in the wide variety of recovery techniques they offer including hydro and dry therapy, compression and thermotherapy. Many of our student athletes now regularly and consistently use P3 Sports and Recovery as part of their individual training and recovery programs".
