P3 Solutions, LLC is a woman-owned small business established in 2003 and headquartered in Northern Virginia. Our services include business development, proposal development, and consulting. We started out as a proposal shop, and that’s still a key part of what we do: helping companies (large and small) win business. In 2009, we found that government agencies could also benefit from our expertise. We’ve provided training to contracting personnel, advised Federal agencies on their acquisition procedures, and helped manage complex projects. P3 relies on a small core staff and our approximately 50 consultants, who bring an average of 20 years of experience and a wide range of skills.
