We stand alone with our unique blend of backgrounds, which include ergonomics, exercise science, workers’ compensation, and disability management. P3 Ergonomics is the direct result of the significant demand for ergonomic services placed on its parent organization, Pelletier & Associates. Founded in 2005, Pelletier & Associates quickly became a collaborative environment for the development of a more innovative way to address workplace injuries. With P3 Ergonomics, those people and processes are now solely focused on the performance and safety of your people. We work closely with Safety Managers, Risk Managers, Facilities Personnel, Human Resources Professionals, and anyone else charged with the responsibility of addressing repetitive motion injuries in the workplace. We do this by offering a variety of ergonomic services, all focused on making a person-to-person connection with your employees. Founded by Diana Pelletier, she brings with her over 25 years of experience, a well-rounded and highly trained staff, and a unique vision for P3 Ergonomics. P3 Ergonomics brings together a uniquely competent blend of workforce productivity professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in injury prevention and integrated disability management. Our professional staff is highly specialized in a variety of disciplines which include ergonomics, kinesiology, exercise science, human behavior, anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. Our team has brought hands-on injury prevention experience as well as strength and conditioning techniques to our clients to create real, practical solutions to help employees avoid injuries.
