P3 COLLABORATIVE, LLC (P3C) was founded in 2009 as a consortium of multi-discipline and independent project delivery experts, dedicated to promoting collaborative and integrated solutions for water, transport, buildings and energy infrastructure needs. The P3C Team has the breadth and depth of experience to engage throughout the project life cycle providing improvements to development, contracting, construction, start-up, operations and conflict resolution. P3C’s ADVISORS all have numerous decades of education and experience in infrastructure development and successful delivery. Integrated teams can be formed as needed, with appropriate backgrounds in engineering, construction, project management, finance and law. Headquartered in Washington DC, advisors are located in key markets from coast to coast. Each advisor maintains their own individual practice and will avoid any conflicts of interest when working for P3 Collaborative LLC. P3C does not give legal or professional engineering opinions to clients unless specifically called for in a separate engagement agreement.
