P. & Partners is an independent consulting, auditing and outsourcing firm composed of 15 professionals and growing, and now part of the wider IQ-EQ group in France. That includes Equitis & Conseil Expertise & Synthese (CE&S) meaning together we are over 75 staff and growing in France. Our services are intended for capital investors, investment funds and managers of companies and include: - Administration of investment funds and management companies; - Outsourcing of Financial Management of investment holding and operating companies. - Valuation of unlisted assets (companies and investment fund units) and independent expert AIFM (approved by the AMF) - Transaction Services (due diligence, legal and tax advice, acquisition financing, financial engineering and business plan, search for financing, etc.). We support an array of outsourcing activities including acting as a CFO, or supporting accounting, legal, tax and financial matters We also work with companies and investment fund managers in order to provide expertise and best practice in conjunction with Directors to monitor portfolios Our areas of expertise include the administration of investment funds, outsourced financial management, the valuation of unlisted companies, the performance of audits in a transactional context as well as the management of investment funds and investment funds.
