We have provided service to our customers in the greater Little Rock area since 1993. We primarily provide service to small businesses and individual home users in Little Rock and surrounding areas. We specialize in designing, installing and maintaining small business networks utilizing Microsoft networking products. We use the Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server package along with the latest in Microsoft Windows workstation operating systems. We implement network-wide Internet connectivity at any level from modem dial-up access, to DSL and beyond. We also provide service and support for the individual home user as well. This support includes everything from repairs and upgrades of an existing system to the design, building and support of any customer specified configuration. We can help set up wired and wireless home networks for Internet sharing using modem dial-up accounts, cable modems or DSL connections. We can provide consultation for customers wanting to better understand the terminology and functions of the latest computer hardware in the retail market. We can help our customers better understand the pros and cons of the equipment that they are interested in purchasing, allowing them to make better informed buying decisions.
