Oxcon is a specialist civil contractor based in Auckland, 100 percent employee-owned and founded in 2012 by engineers who believed construction could be done better. We deliver complex infrastructure across Auckland, Waikato, and Northland, specialising in bridges, marine structures, boardwalks, retaining walls, rail, and civil works, including a track record of fast-paced bridge replacements on live state highway and local road networks under tight closure windows. We don't chase volume. We go after the right projects, the technically demanding ones where good planning, sharp thinking, and a team that takes ownership make the real difference. Our clients include Waka Kotahi, Auckland Transport, Auckland Council, Watercare, and KiwiRail.
