We build thoughtfully designed multifamily housing at attainable price points, informed by quantified renter feedback and standardized floor plans tailored to the missing middle-income tenant. Our integrated model allows us to control the full lifecycle — from site origination and underwriting through capitalization, construction, lease-up, and stabilization. Through AHC, we are also building a scalable affordable housing platform utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) as a core financing mechanism, institutionalizing a repeatable production engine designed to deliver housing efficiently and responsibly at scale.
