We focus on Somaware, an approach that combines the science of emotional physiology with practical techniques to help individuals and couples build authentic connections in their personal and professional lives. Originating EVRYMAN and its educational methods, our work is grounded in extensive research and application over many years. Our goal is to offer an accessible method that people can incorporate into their everyday interactions to enrich their relationships at home and at work As men we were not often taught how to be men. Through blog posts, speaking engagements, and the book I hope to help support men in being who they want to be. Working with other men's groups and leaders in the field we are creating a new masculinity.
