We have also recently launched a Commercial Real Estate division in North County San Diego and the Inland Empire. Our founder, Tom Owen has experience as a mergers and acquisitions attorney and White House speechwriter, and cofounded a real estate marketing firm that was recently ranked the 33rd fastest growing private company in America (Inc. 5000 List). Tom has partnered with many of Coronado’s most successful real estate investors, and is known for finding deals not on the MLS. Mary Jo Morgan (Agent) has been #1 in Coronado sales since 2009. She has a bachelor of arts in marketing and has been a Coronado resident since 1983. She was designated as a real estate “Top Producer” for 10 consecutive years and has specialized in facilitating new construction transactions on behalf of buyers and builders. She was involved in the original construction and sale of the Coronado Cays, and has facilitated the sale of over 50 new construction projects in Coronado. Matt Smith serves as the Designated Broker of Owen Properties, bringing over 20 years of real estate experience, an MBA from Boise State University, and a background in real estate technology and brokerage leadership. His expertise in residential real estate, strategic marketing, and technology-driven innovation plays a key role in strengthening Owen Properties’ presence and continued growth in the Coronado market.
