We believe "continuity of team" is a critical factor in the success of the project and strive to keep the same team from concept through go-live. The company was founded by Robert (Bob) Lewis, who has specialized in delivering proven, cost effective enterprise solutions to governments, municipalities, authorities, and organizations for most of his career. Mr. Lewis has more than 27 years of ERP and technical application experience working directly with the major tier 1 and tier 2 ERP solution providers. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Mr. Lewis started his career in 1988 and has held executive management positions since 1995. He has built a reputation as an executive adept in change management who can develop innovative solutions to problems and bring people together through communication, trust, and collective responsibility. He has established and fostered strategic partnerships in North America and Europe. Since 2003, Mr. Lewis has focused his efforts specifically on local government, courts, schools, and authorities. He has applied quality assurance activities to hundreds of ERP evaluation processes and uses these skills in the evaluation and selection process of the replacement of existing ERP solutions. In the last decade, Mr. Lewis has negotiated over 250 ERP contracts in the local government marketplace. He brings the unique perspective of negotiating on behalf of the vendor, enabling him to be an effective negotiating agent on behalf of the city, county, courts, school, or authority he serves.
