Outstanda Information

Transforming education through motivation, mastery, and meaningful rewards. Outstanda is an innovative nonprofit organization on a mission to radically improve student engagement and achievement by rewarding academic success. We believe that when students are recognized and compensated for their effort and progress, motivation skyrockets, attendance improves, and real learning happens. Our flagship initiative, the Learning Gig program, pays students for completing high-impact educational modules and demonstrating mastery through weekly assessments and projects. From elementary learners to high school students—and even parents—Outstanda makes education relevant, rewarding, and results-driven. We partner with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations across the country to address chronic underperformance, dropout rates, and poverty. By tying academic effort to tangible rewards, we help close achievement gaps and raise the standard of living—one lesson at a time. Whether you're an educator, a funder, or a community leader, Outstanda is the ideal partner to help you make a lasting impact through education. 🌍 Learn more at www.Outstanda.org 🤝 Let’s work together to change lives.
