Overall objective is to establish a strong dialogue with our EU partners to strengthen the foundational structure,organisation and management of early start-ups through utilisation of project management (PM) best practices. Specific objectives include, but not limited to publishing a practice Guide to be used as a reference training start-ups, mentors and incubation centre managers in the Project Management Best Practices sustaining the dialogue through a web portal where experiences with the PM tools and methods outlined in the Practice Guide can be shared.
