What do we do? Urban Building Solutions (UBS) is a progressive company with an abundant portfolio of clients within insurance and strata. Our focus lies in the following areas as we are panel partners with the 5 main strata insurers: • Insurance rebuilding - primarily strata insurance; • Strata maintenance; • Makesafe; and • Emergency response and restoration. Where are we located? Our staff are based primarily in Sydney and Newcastle, giving us the flexibility to serve our customers in Sydney, Blue Mountains, Canberra, Wollongong and the Central Coast/Newcastle regions.
