OutreachSystems provides hosted customer resource management software, known as WebCATS, to economic development programs across the country and around the world that both enhances and quantifies the positive impact your program has on its community. Widely used by Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs), Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs), Women's Business Centers (WBCs), and many other types of economic development centers (EDCs), WebCATS is a Web-based database system that lets non-profit organizations easily manage clients, events and trainings, counseling efforts, and other vital aspects of their program’s outreach efforts.
