Outreach Cultural Intelligence Information

The mission of Outreach Cultural Intelligence is to enable law enforcement to engage communities for better outcomes. We provide law enforcement with real-world scenario training that is both enjoyable and effective. Through the use of experiential activities, Outreach Cultural Intelligence’s training uses unique methods that encourage officers to engage in an interactive discussion, participate in meaningful community roleplay activities, and allow officers to evaluate their potential for exercising bias. We have trained over 4,500 officers in the past year, and survey results demonstrate that over 91.5 % responded that the course material was interrelated to the actual job of a police officer.
