2004 - 2015 Outperform is a management consultancy that helps public and private sector organisations improve their bid, project, programme or portfolio management performance. Our services range from ‘light-touch’ assessments (e.g. health-checks), through initiating major projects or transformational change (e.g. complexity assessments and assurance), to comprehensive capability building (e.g. designing, developing and embedding methods/frameworks and coaching). Our consultants are recognised as leaders in their fields of expertise. Since the company was formed in 2004, Outperform has been at the heart of the development of internationally recognised best practice, providing authors for best practice publications such as P3M3, PRINCE2, APM’s Body of Knowledge, APM’s Co-Directing Change and HM Treasury’s Project Initiation Routemap. This depth of knowledge is combined with many years of industry experience, applying innovative thinking and practical advice to help managers and executives control and lead major bids, projects and programmes confidently. At Outperform we pride ourselves on our independent approach, developing solutions that are focused on what is best for the client, not limited to a particular service or provider. Outperform is a corporate member of the Major Projects Association (MPA), the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Best Practice User Group (BPUG).
