OutLET Information

OutLET is a Social Enterprise that provides inclusive, nature-based outdoor programmes and training, working with local authorities, community groups, schools, families and organisations. Our purpose is to support emotional wellbeing and mental health, and promote confidence and resilience, using the power of nature. We provide bespoke delivery to schools and organisations who are looking to support the wellbeing of their communities. We also provide training in outdoor play and learning, from the fundamentals right up to Forest School Leader levels, for anyone looking to embed practice in their own setting. Our work in outdoor play and learning accepts all children and young people exactly as they are, aiming to recognise their potential and give them outdoor space to play without pressure. At OutLET, we provide a safe and engaging environment that revolutionises the learning experience. This has a particular impact on those who have had chaotic and traumatic life experiences and as a result struggle to build healthy relationships, meet attainment targets and go to school regularly. For all the young people who attend, OutLET is a safe, fun space where they know they belong.
