High regards for HSEQ and intercultural related problems. QA/QC with regards to all project related disciplines. Risk analysis either project or health related (RI&E / TRA). Very strong educational skills if it comes to making people understand why we need to do things in a certain way. Very able to minimize problems and keeping the flow in any project. Experienced in finding solutions for troublesome projects and use local resourcesses to speed up the process. Making all teams go for the main goal again. Very flexible as it comes to re-location or working hours. If need be I can rely on a group of skilled engineers within my field of expertise and possibly invite them to join the project. All technical disciplines are represented and if need be I can deliver complete site teams on any location worldwide.
