Our Place is a dynamic placemaker specialising in creating places that celebrate local identity, mixed-uses, sustainable communities and walkable neighbourhoods. We believe the quality of the built environment exerts a critical effect on our quality of life. We are therefore passionate about improving the beauty and desirability of the built environment for the benefit of those who live and work there. We build places where communities flourish, placing local knowledge and community engagement at the heart of our work. Currently our portfolio is split between urban regeneration projects and live hospitality operations including; Spitalfields Works, London; The Shoe Quarter, Norwich; Retreat East, Suffolk; The Farm Shop, London.
