Our Common Thread is an organization dedicated to celebrating and empowering young minority men by providing executive leadership training and tools for career readiness. Each year we work with Charlotte business executives, entrepreneurs, and innovators to host a multi-day experience of mentorship, workshops, and networking. Our annual cohort of Associates are fitted with their very own personalized tailored suits, from Abbeydale, along with receiving career coaching, etiquette training, and professional development sessions with our corporate sponsors.
