Our Cause Information

At Our Cause, we’re not just another consultancy — we’re a Black- and woman-led force for social impact that believes strategy should be as powerful as it is human. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and social enterprises at the intersection of philanthropy, education, and collective impact, turning bold visions into tangible outcomes. Our team brings deep expertise to every project—bridging capacity gaps, forging strong coalitions, and driving meaningful change through services like strategic planning, program design, philanthropic advising, and more. We're obsessed with helping our partners succeed. Guided by our core values of seva (selfless service), curiosity, teamwork, and respect, we balance empathy with a rigorous commitment to measurable results. This isn’t just our work—it’s our cause.
