Caimi Brevetti is experimentation of new materials and new industrial technologies with an eye turned not only toward improved productivity, but also to obtaining an ever minor impact on the environment as a result of workings producing less pollution and using recycled and recyclable materials. L'azienda Tecnorulli vanta un'esperienza di ben 75 anni nel settore del rivestimento dei rulli. La nostra attuale gamma di rivestimenti è estremamente diversificata, includendo gomme naturali e sintetiche, poliuretani, rilsan, ebanite e siliconi. In aggiunta, possediamo una sofisticata officina che ci consente di produrre cilindri con anime metalliche e in fibra di carbonio su misura e secondo le specifiche dettate dai nostri clienti, anche in quantità considerevoli. Dal 2016, siamo fieri di essere diventati i licenziatari esclusivi per il mercato italiano dei rivestimenti in gomma e poliuretano forniti dalla rinomata società HANNECARD e dalla ditta tedesca MITEX GmbH. I rivestimenti per rulli in gomma e poliuretano, insieme alle sleeve, risultato di ricerche condotte nei laboratori di queste prestigiose aziende, vengono ora prodotti con precisione nella nostra fabbrica situata a Bologna. Ci assicuriamo di utilizzare le mescole originali, seguendo scrupolosamente la supervisione e il controllo qualitativo dei tecnici provenienti da HANNECARD e Mitex. Queste mescole si aggiungono alla nostra vasta gamma di rivestimenti Tecnorulli, che comprende oggi oltre 300 varianti, compresi i poliuretani e le gomme, che trovano impiego in diversi settori industriali. Presso il nostro laboratorio, mettiamo a disposizione la nostra competenza per sviluppare mescole personalizzate in base alle specifiche dei nostri clienti e conduciamo test di compatibilità. Attualmente, Tecnorulli può vantare una forza lavoro composta da oltre 100 dipendenti e una rete commerciale estremamente capillare, con depositi nelle principali città italiane. Siamo inoltre orgogliosi di annunciare il conseguimento della certificazione ISO 9001 rilasciata dal prestigioso istituto norvegese DNV.
