Otti Training Institute (Otti) is a 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 empowering leaders & talents to truly be 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞-𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲. There are two training divisions under Otti: Otti NeuroLearning Institute – specialise in training AI skills, and soft skills (irreplaceable by AI) Otti Fire Safety Academy – specialise in training FSO and FSM (Fire Safety Officer & Manager) We were 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 2020 by a trio of technopreneur, neuroscientist, and psycholinguist – Dato’ Wei Chuan Beng, Ms Aster Wei Su Hwa, Ms Chang Yin Jue. We take pride in our training solutions as every training goes through 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, and 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 to ensure learning is 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭, 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. Since then, we’ve impacted thousands of leaders and talents. Trusted by 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, Otti had the privilege to serve organisations such as Grab, Novartis, DHL, Kian Group, TalentCorp, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE/KPKT), Ministry of Health (MoH/KKM) and many more. What do we research? As 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 who are also 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐬, we constantly ask the big question: “𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞?”. Our multidisciplinary research is focused on catching a glimpse of what the future holds, and what kind of knowledge, skills and mindset is required to be future-ready. The research is then 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐬, assessments, consultation. The name “Otti” originates from the words "𝐎𝐭𝐚𝐤" and "𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐢" in our homeland Malaysia, which means the “Mind” and the “Heart”. This represents our purpose of “𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 - nurturing minds and hearts to shape a progressive future”.
