otr. is an organization that uses artful media to establish a creative platform from which individual art and thinking communities can spawn opportunities for cultural growth. Art is the experimental playground for forward philosophical thinking, thus through it’s development we can create a forum for cultural enrichment with the power to affect policy and move public opinion. We focus on what we call the "layculture" and the people that fall into that category, these are the people that are at ground zero bringing local culture to fruition. We seek to not only get people involved in the moulding and promotion of culture in their own, but to connect communities together.
