OtherWindow is an incubator and community for people who have been affected by the rough conditions in the 2023-2024 tech industry. It is a place to work, connect, build skills, and maybe (just maybe!) build something great. We are an experimental space. What does tech work look like without the distorting influences of money, broken recruitment practices, and the chaos of constant layoffs? What if everyone got a seat at the table?
