Other Company Information

Founded by Steph Lund and Michaella Solar-March. Other Company is a resource for women who are working at the executive level to confidentially exchange advice, share ideas, and collaborate, all in the privacy of a Discord server. Our goal is to share experiences, contacts, and counsel to propel ourselves forward, and strengthen the foundation of the next generation of female leadership. We are by invitation-only, so members can have confidence that they are among a curated and trusted peer-group. In launching Other Company, our mission is to provide an alternative and complementary offering to what currently exists in the market, designed to bring a valuable point of view to other female leaders by hand picking members within our networks whom we admire.
