OsteoElite places a heavy emphasis on evidence based medicine/treatment and continues to ensure that practitioner education is extremely important in continuing development to provide their clinical best. Dr. Luke Abels owner/director is a fully qualified Osteopath with over a decade of Strength and conditioning/personal training experience. He is currently a professional athlete in the Australian Baseball League (ABL) and has professional experience playing baseball in Europe. Luke has worked treating patients overseas in both India, in a sports medicine hospital and a general hospital and also was the team Osteo and an athlete in the 2018 Confederation of European Baseball Championships (hosted in Czech Republic). Luke is the current Vice President of Essendon Baseball club and is looking to help grow one of the best baseball clubs in the country. Dr. Luke Abels believes that treating the whole person is the key to success, rather than just treating a symptom we aim to find the cause of the problem. Luke encourages his patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation and treatment.
