OST Services, LLC offers extensive field and on-site engineering support that includes inspections, trouble shooting, repair, testing and design of engineered pipe supports, restraints and snubbers. Our capabilities involve the following areas: Mechanical/Welding Repair – Piping, pressure vessel, and boiler repairs (“R” Stamp, “U” and “S” Certificates) Engineering Services – We have extensive experience and capabilities with pipe support and piping technology including; piping analysis, design, on-site snubber / hanger testing, inspection, and troubleshooting services. Nondestructive Testing – Our capabilities include QA/QC and CWI programs, RT, MT, PT, UT, and VT. Our experienced technicians are trained on the latest equipment available and are certified to the most recent ASNT Standards. We have Level III inspectors on staff as well as Level II inspectors. Our certifications are current and we are continuously cross training our inspectors and provide access to educational means for advancement in certification levels. Drafting and Detailing Services – We have our own in-house drafting department which utilizes the latest software programs available. Our experienced drafting and Autocad personnel provide timely and accurate design information geared towards the power industry and heavy industrial facilities.
