Nathan pursued law to make a difference in peoples lives, by advancing his love of immigration from a personal and academic interest to a professional aspiration. During his time at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Nathan participated in the Immigration Clinic. The Immigration Clinic provided free legal services to individuals and families below the poverty line. A majority of their clients were victims of crimes, including domestic violence. For one year, Nathan served as the manager of the clinic. After law school, Nathan joined a sole practitioner in the exclusive practice of immigration law. There Nathan continued to serve the immigrant community. Now in his own office, Nathan focuses his practice on immigration, providing a wide range of immigration services to the community.
