Osocon is an independent consulting and investment company. Based in Copenhagen, we focus on strategy, leadership and ownership. We deliver in a ‘no-frills’ fashion: you get only what you need. When we invest, it is in start-ups, early stage and smaller-sized mature companies. How we work We set out to be a clever, credible and down-to-earth alternative within management consulting. Our work is based on a good balance of practical leadership experience, and common sense, with a dose of models and frameworks. Aside from being insightful, our work is to-the-point and actionable. What we do We help you set a good course for the future. Together we create a strategy and a plan for getting there. Perhaps we agree to include a review of how your company is set-up and the team you have to deliver on the plans.
