Osmond Electronics is the largest supplier of entertainment production and production expertise in South Australia and South Australia's leading supplier of audio and lighting product to nightclubs, schools, churches, concerts, theatres, theatre groups, sporting events, trade shows, and corporate presentations. Osmond Electronics was incorporated on the 10th July 1952 as GH Systems Limited. The name Osmond Electronics Pty Ltd was adopted in 1970 to take over the lighting operations of Eilco Sales P/L, a sister company with common directors. This reorganization of company activities allowed EILCO, through its new entity Codan P/L, to pursue activities in two way radio and communications, Stagesound P/L to pursue professional audio, and OSMOND ELECTRONICS PTY LTD to pursue entertainment lighting and control as well as stage mechanics.
