OskiHub is a unified, real-time information dashboard and calendar purpose-built for the Berkeley Haas Evening & Weekend MBA community. Born out of the need to solve the fragmented information problem that plagues modern academic programs, OskiHub aggregates disparate data streams into a single, seamless user experience. We believe that students should spend their time learning, networking, and building—not hunting down Zoom links across a dozen bCourses feeds or digging through buried email newsletters for upcoming deadlines. What We Do: OskiHub transforms administrative friction into an intelligent, low-friction operating system for the MBA experience. By leveraging automated data pipelines and AI, we deliver an always-current interface that students rely on daily. Core Features & Technology: Unified Calendar Engine: Automatically parses and merges over 10 distinct ICS feeds—including course schedules, academic calendars, and campus events—into one centralized, filterable view. AI-Powered Extraction: Utilizes advanced LLMs (OpenAI GPT-4o) to automatically extract key deadlines, events, and action items from unstructured newsletters, injecting them directly onto the student calendar as first-class events. Zero-Touch Ingestion: A resilient, automated pipeline that ingests, parses, and formats official program communications within minutes of delivery, requiring zero manual intervention. Multi-Cohort Personalization: Tailored dashboard experiences that separate and surface schedules based on specific cohort assignments, with preferences securely persisted for the user.
