OSHRM is the initiative to create a forum for Human Resources professionals to share knowledge and to contribute to building Human Resources capability in Oman. The Omani Society for Human Resource Management (OSHRM) as it stands today was established on May 21, 2014, when the government formally declared through Ministerial decree that OSHRM was a formally registered society – proudly the first and only such entity in Oman and with members from both the private and public sectors.
